Relieving Pain and Regaining Mobility with the Rotator Cuff + Shoulder

When it comes to holding tension, stress and pain; the shoulder girdle is often found at the top of our client’s list.

This region is a highly complex and delicate lattice of intersecting muscles and tendons that support one of the most mobile, and least stable joints in the human body – the glenohumeral joint.

This class will teach you to become an expert in relieving pain and regaining mobility in this elusive and prominently painful zone.

Practitioners will become equipped in a range of highly effective and essential release-methods including:

  • Triggerpoint
  • Deep Tissue
  • Lomi Lomi
  • Myofascial Release
  • Muscle Energy Techniques

Learn how to unwrap chronically hyper-toned rotator cuff muscles and follow the release paths through the arms, the neck and jaw, and larger muscle groups in the thoracic.

Rachael gives great focus and attention to detail, making sure each participant has a thorough grasp of every technique practiced in the class. Her method of teaching uses effective treatment protocols, extensive knowledge of the anatomy as well as total awareness of the client and their individual needs.
